two poolsreally good breakfastwonderful staffadequate gym
i adored the two pools and the breakfast buffet each day was fantastic. the hotel staff was wonderful nan the bellboy particularly stood out. the gym was also quite adequate providing all i needed for my workouts.
i noticed there were quite a few steps around the hotel which could present challenges for people with mobility issues or strollers it is a very slight inconvenience.

the hotel is perched upon a hill it is a very short walk to get to everything you need it is only a two to three minute walk. you can easily access many amenities from this location.

reception staff were friendly and professional. the housekeeping team did an excellent job the room was super clean and cleaned thoroughly every day .

breakfast offered many choices including fresh eggs pastries fruit yoghurt and various cereals. dinner buffet options are available every night providing a variety of cuisines it is really diverse. the thai dishes at breakfast were a highlight.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They were always smiling and willing to assist. the cleanliness of the resort was noticeable with daily room cleaning. the breakfast had many good choices. I liked the fresh eggs and pastries.

the hotel features two large pools with a perfect water temperature. ample sun beds and umbrellas are available, and relaxing music plays during the day. every night, the hotel provides dinner buffet options .

The room service was good! I liked the two pools surrounded by trees. the breakfast was very good, with a kind staff. I received a complimentary plate of fruit, it was very nice.
The rooms were clean. I had some plumbing issues and had to be moved

The pools were a definite highlight. I found them to be clean. I was happy to see the hotel staff was helpful and cute. It is a plus this hotel is close to the beach.
The hot water had issues. It took some time to warm up. The water pressure wasn't great. I noticed drains also seemed to have some blockage.
